Shipping + Exchanges/Returns
We ship to all areas of the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. We are not shipping internationally at this time.
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase via USPS first class mail. Orders generally arrive within 5 business days from order date, unless USPS states otherwise. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking email to the email address used during checkout.
EXCHANGES/RETURNSAt WigWag Dog Company, we want you to love your new collar as much as we do! We will gladly accept a return or exchange if it is made within 60 days from date of purchase and is in new, unused condition.
Proof of purchase from WigWag Dog Company or an authorized retailer is required. To initiate a return or exchange please email us at info@wigwagdog.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Exchanged collars will be shipped back to you free of charge. If, in a rare instance, you receive a collar with a manufacturer defect, we will gladly cover your return shipping and get a new collar out to you pronto.
