Our collars are engineered to last your dog’s lifetime. We stand behind our product. If your collar does not function as it should due to poor craftsmanship, defective hardware or defective materials, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Note, photos of collar defects must be provided prior to the issuance of a replacement or refund.

WigWag Dog Company’s guarantee doesn’t cover chewing, ordinary wear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. This collar is NOT recommended for tie-out use and damage resulting from such will not be covered.

In order to receive a replacement or refund, proof of purchase from WigWag Dog Company or an authorized retailer is required. To initiate a replacement or refund request under the lifetime guarantee, please email us with at info@wigwagdog.com.

Lifetime guarantee does not apply to the discontinued, first generation WigWag collars.
