At WigWag Dog Company, we want you to love your new collar as much as we do! We will gladly accept a return or exchange if it is made within 60 days from date of purchase and is in new, unused condition.
Proof of purchase from WigWag Dog Company or an authorized retailer is required. To initiate a return or exchange please email us with at firstname.lastname@example.org. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Exchanged products will be shipped back to you free of charge. If, in a rare instance, you receive a collar with a manufacturer defect, we will gladly cover your return shipping and get a new collar out to you pronto.
Our collars are engineered to last your dog’s lifetime. We stand behind our product. If your collar does not function as it should due to poor craftsmanship, defective hardware or defective materials, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Note, photos of collar defects must be provided prior to the issuance of a replacement or refund.
WigWag Dog Company’s guarantee doesn’t cover chewing, ordinary wear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. This collar is NOT recommended for tie-out use and damage resulting from such will not be covered.
